- Remove and replace existing concrete pavement and brick pavers
- Site located on top of Mississippi River levee
- Concrete base and stairways, handicap ramp, security building
- Flagstone and brick pavers, heavy timber stair amendments
- Dedication monument, light stanchion bases, etc.
- Civil engineering design assistance and construction inspection
