• Design and plans and specs for civil and structural engineering

• New construction on an existing high school campus

• Three-story building, structural steel framing, pile supported concrete slab,
  non-composite concrete on metal deck upper floor, hipped multi-level roof,
  metal stud framing on 3rd level

• Narrow site, subsurface drainage, water and sewer lines and appurtenances,
  concrete and asphalt paving, etc.
