• New construction on an existing university campus
• Two-story building (30,000 sq. ft.)
• Structural steel framing, pile supported concrete slab
  non-composite concrete on metal deck upper floor mono-slope
  and canted semi-flat roof, built-up roofing over metal deck
• Challenging design effort included coping with angular wall and roof lines
