Description of work:

• Upgrade of HVAC, Electrical and Mechanical Works and Interior Renovations
• New Mechanical Penthouse over existing mechanical/boiler room
• Renovations to classrooms, restrooms and other spaces
• Conversion of existing attic space to new classrooms, etc.
• Retrofit new structural steel within existing tightly enclosed
  spaces for creation of new floors above
• Challenging environment also required reinforcement of existing
  structurally eclectic framing system to accommodate new work
• Structural engineering design and development of plans and specs
  and construction administration
