Description of Work:

• Engineering design and development of complete plans and specs
• New construction on existing industrial plant site
• Three-story industrial building (21,000 sq. ft.)
• Heavy structural steel framed open sided building (galvanized), reinforced concrete footings, pitched metal roof, stairways and platform(s), masonry framed control room, reinforced concrete elevated floors on metal decking, heavy structural loading, and associated miscellaneous site work including provisions for process piping, cranes, hoistways, underground drainage, etc.
