• Engineering design and development of complete plans and specs
• New construction on an undeveloped 3 acre site
• Construction of new gas station / convenience store (4,000 sq. ft.)
• Associated site work including truckstop facilities
• Underground storage tanks, concrete pavement, overhead canopies, pump islands, underground drainage, etc.
• Steel building frame, concrete masonry block, metal studs, gypsum board, suspended ceiling, HVAC, lighting, walk-in cooler, beverage station, office, storage, customer area, cashier area, etc.
