Description of Work:

• Engineering design and development of complete plans
• New construction on an undeveloped 0.22 acre site
• Construction of new office/warehouse (4,908 sq. ft.) and associated site work including t-shirt facilities, vertical storage areas, concrete paved parking lot, underground drainage, etc.
• Pre-engineered metal building frame, metal siding, interior wood and metal studs, gypsum board, suspended ceiling, HVAC, lighting, special electrical requirement for high voltage equipment, office support, storage, etc.
