Description of Work:

• Engineering design and development of complete plans and specs
• New construction on an undeveloped 0.72 acre site
• Construction of new office/warehouse (4,710 sq. ft.)
• Associated site work including electric motor shop facilities, overhead hoist/cranes, concrete paved parking lot, underground drainage, etc.
• Pre-engineered metal building frame, metal siding, interior metal studs, gypsum board, suspended ceiling, HVAC, lighting, office support, storage, etc.
