- Cold formed metal stud room framing, metal siding and brick veneer exterior, monoslope metal roof, suspened acoustical ceiling, zoned HVAC units, lighting, sprinkler and alarm systems, storefront windows, several offices and support facilities
- Associated site work included utility connections
