- Construction of single story storage facility (17,500 sq. ft.) and associated site work including various individual storage units, office area, concrete paved parking lot, etc.
- Pre-engineered metal building frame, metal siding, interior metal studs, gypsum board, suspended ceiling, HVAC, lighting, office support, storage, etc.
