Description of Work:
- Engineering design and development of complete plans
- New construction on an undeveloped 1.28 acre site
- Construction of veterinarian clinic (2,825 sq. ft.) with boarding and animal care facilities, offices and associated site work including concrete paved parking lot, underground drainage, planning for future expansion, etc.
- Pre-engineered metal building frame, metal siding and brick veneer, interior metal studs, gypsum board, masonry dog runs with chain link gates, suspended ceiling, HVAC, lighting, office support, storage, etc.
