  plans and specifications
• Conversion of an existing 21,750 sq. ft. open sided warehouse into office/warehouse and vehicular maintenance facility for a waste management company on a 2.6 acre site
• Office improvements and interior addition (1,587 sq. ft.) and vehicle maintenance area (20,163 sq. ft.)
• Foundation construction within an existing prefabricated metal building structure
• New exterior metal siding, overhead roll-up doors, roof vents, lighting, etc.
• Associated site work included a new concrete paved parking lot, driveway, etc.
