• Engineering design and development of complete plans and specs
• New construction on an undeveloped site
• Construction of new office/warehouse (6,000 sq. ft.) and associated site work including wholesale customer facility, concrete paved parking lot, underground drainage, etc.
• Pre-engineered metal building frame, metal siding, interior metal studs, gypsum board, suspended ceiling, HVAC, lighting, office support, storage, etc.
